STORM MULTIMEDIA, LLC. operates stormmultimedia.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse our site, contact us, book services or purchase a Storm Launch package. Visiting the site does not by itself give consent to optional cookies.

1. Information we collect
   You may provide your name, email, phone number, messages, business name, website, project requirements, deadlines and links to approved assets through our forms, chat, email or service intake. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or sensitive personal information through these channels.
   When you purchase, we and our payment providers process contact and billing details, the package or service purchased, amounts, payment status and transaction records. Payment providers handle payment credentials; our project brief does not collect card numbers. If you use a member account or booking feature, we process the account and booking information needed to provide it.
   Our site and providers receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referral sources, timestamps, interactions and cookie identifiers.

2. How we use information
   We use information to answer inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support projects, arrange bookings, process payments, send purchase and project updates, maintain records and protect against fraud or misuse. We also use permitted analytics to understand site performance and advertising tools to measure campaigns and reach relevant audiences.
   Marketing messages and optional tracking are subject to the choices described below. Requesting a service or completing a project brief is not a requirement to subscribe to marketing.

3. Service providers and advertising
   Wix hosts this site and provides forms, customer records, chat, bookings, payment-link checkout and communication tools. Payment processors process transactions and may handle fraud checks and their own legal obligations. We share relevant information with providers and authorized project collaborators only as needed for their services.
   Google Analytics/Google Tag, Google Ads conversion tracking and Facebook Pixel are connected to this site. When permitted by your choices, these tools may receive device and cookie identifiers, browsing activity and conversion events. Google and Meta may combine these with information from other sites or their own services and collect activity over time across websites.
   We do not sell customer contact lists for money. Advertising-related disclosures may be considered “sale” or “sharing” under some privacy laws. Use Cookie settings to decline Marketing and Analytics, and the native “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” control to register your Wix privacy choice. These controls do not replace choices available directly from Google, Meta or other providers.
   We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, resolve disputes or protect rights and security.

4. Cookies and browser choices
   Essential technologies support security, consent preferences and core site functions. We do not represent that every third-party integration automatically responds to every signal.

5. Your information requests

We may need proportionate verification before releasing or changing records.
   We aim to process contact-removal requests within 28 days after receiving the necessary information, subject to applicable legal requirements and permitted retention. Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or a complaint to a privacy regulator. We will assess requests under the rules applicable to the business and processing involved.
   Use unsubscribe links in marketing emails to stop those messages. Necessary purchase, billing and project communications may continue. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

6. Retention, security and international processing
   We retain inquiry and project information for as long as needed to handle the relationship and provide support, and transaction records for applicable accounting, tax, dispute and legal requirements. We consider the type of information, its purpose, legal obligations and whether deletion or de-identification is appropriate.
   We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. Wix and other providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable, transfers are subject to the safeguards required by relevant law and provider agreements.

7. External services and children
   Links, embedded media and third-party services may have their own privacy practices. Their policies govern information collected directly by them.
   Our business services are not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

   We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for a material change.
